- I use my experience and knowledge to negotiate purchase price and various agreement conditions and clauses that are in your best interest and make sure all the little details are covered.
- I develop and make formal offers on your behalf.
- I provide support and coordination to make sure all conditional obligations are fulfilled and adhered to.
- I can coordinate the financing for your home and assist you through the mortgage process, including identifying the documents you need to apply for a mortgage.
- I apply my experience and knowledge to close the house purchase transaction including working with both Lawyers (yours and the sellers), and your mortgage specialists.
